for the Bullhorn Time & Expense Customer website

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the Bullhorn Time & Expense customer website and the content, information, and services provided through that website. This agreement contains important provisions that you should read.

1. PERMITTED USERS AND ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE.

The Bullhorn Time & Expense Customer website (“website”) may be accessed and used only by persons who (a) have been granted permission by ManpowerGroup, Inc., or its affiliates (collectively, “ManpowerGroup”) to use the website, (b) have been issued a ManpowerGroup website username and password, and (c) have accepted and agreed to this Agreement. Use of the website is subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

2. NOTICE AT COLLECTION FOR WEBSITE USERS.

By using the website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal user information in accordance with this section. Like many websites, the website automatically collects certain non-identifiable information regarding your use of the website, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, the date and time you access the website, the Internet address of your computer, and the pages you view and/or download. ManpowerGroup collects this information to facilitate and analyze user’s use of the website. In addition, you may be asked to voluntarily provide personal information so that ManpowerGroup may communicate with you or enhance your use and/or access to services found on the website.

3. USERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

The website may be accessed and used only by authorized persons using the username and passwords issued to them by ManpowerGroup. For security reasons, you must keep your username and password confidential and not disclose them to any person or permit any other person to use them. You must take all reasonable precautions to maintain the secrecy of your username and password, including ensuring that any information stored on any computer with which you access the website is protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

ManpowerGroup is not required to confirm the identity or authority of any person using your username or password and may act upon any communications that are given with the use of your username or password. If you know or suspect that your username or password has been lost or stolen or become known to, or used by, any other person, please notify ManpowerGroup immediately at:

4. TIME APPROVAL BY USERS.

You may use the website to review and approve time slips of workers, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Time slips approved through the website are conclusive as to the number of compensable hours worked and/or compensable expenses incurred by the ManpowerGroup workers to whom the time slips relate, and the satisfactory performance by the ManpowerGroup workers of the work referenced in the time slips. If you are an authorized user of a ManpowerGroup customer and you use the website to review and approve a time slip: (a) you represent and warrant that you are authorized by the ManpowerGroup customer you represent to approve each time slip on the customer’s behalf; and (b) you certify, on behalf of the ManpowerGroup customer, your representation that (i) the time slip accurately records the hours worked by the ManpowerGroup worker and the nature of the work performed, (ii) the compensable expenses incurred by the worker, (iii) the work was performed by the worker in a satisfactory manner, and (iv) the expenses incurred by the worker are reasonable and satisfactory.

Please note the deadline for approving or rejecting time each week is close of business (“COB”) on Tuesday. At that time, all approved and unapproved time will be sent to our ERP system in order to meet payroll obligations to our employees. Customer approvers may continue to approve time for up to 4 weeks but cannot reject time once it has been sent to our payroll systems. All comments regarding ManpowerGroup workers you submit through the website or email may be disclosed by ManpowerGroup, in its sole discretion, to the ManpowerGroup worker and others.
