Nakia, Search Consultant for the Great Lakes Region, has a sincere motivation for professional service and support. With genuine customer service at the heart of what she does, she’s able to assist professionals with finding that “good fit” fulfilling their needs as well as the clients’. She’s held many titles in the industry, starting with supportive administrative roles, then naturally transitioning into a Recruiter. Nakia began her recruiting career at Experis as a key member of a highly visible Recruiting Automotive Pillar primarily focused on a Global Automotive Manufacturing client, the Big 3. She then went on to join Jefferson Wells as a Finance Recruiter supporting Fortune 500 companies. Because of Nakia’s broad experience in the solutions space, she was able to move quickly between various industries and roles with skill and knowledge, bridging the needs of all parties involved. Her expertise is providing customer service and sourcing strategies, discovering and managing talent. Outside of recruiting, Nakia enjoys making long lasting memories with family and friends. She’s a mother, who loves “get-togethers”, sharing experiences with her daughter, off-the-cuff road trips, new vacation travel destinations, laughs, game nights, and connections.
