Michael Stull HeadshotMichael Stull

Michael Stull is Senior Vice President of Manpower, North America. In this role he oversees ManpowerGroup’s
staffing business in the United States and Canada. He joined ManpowerGroup in 2010 as Vice President of Global Marketing and expanded his role to include North American Marketing in 2015. Under his leadership, he helped launch the new branding and several strategic innovation initiatives.

 

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Michael developed a broad range of experiences that include strategic, financial, technology and large-scale implementation expertise from organizations including Accenture and a variety of financial institutions.

 

Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University. He is also very active in his community and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Area Technical College and Radio Milwaukee.

Mark Toth has served as ManpowerGroup North America's Chief Legal Officer since 2000. He also serves on the company’s North American Leadership Team and Global Legal Lead Team and oversees Risk Management, Strategic Sourcing and Real Estate.

Mark’s key areas of expertise include contracts, corporate law, employment law, regulatory compliance, litigation management, government affairs, employee safety, real estate, risk reduction and business strategy. He has been interviewed as a legal and workplace expert by The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Business Week, 60 Minutes, The National Law Journal and many others.

Mark was named one of the ten most intriguing people in the staffing industry by Staffing Review Magazine and one of the top 100 most influential people in staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts. He is a past Chair and current board member of the American Staffing Association. He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, as well as a Certified Staffing Professional and a member of the American and Wisconsin Bar Associations.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
