Lizabeth Stuck is the Senior Director of MxD Learn, the workforce development program at MxD. In this role Lizabeth has oversight of the development and execution of MxD’s workforce programming and strategies for digital manufacturing and cybersecurity for manufacturing.
Prior to joining MxD in April 2015, Lizabeth was Deputy Director of the Office of Advisory Committees at the U.S. Department of Commerce. She has also held roles at the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Office of Management and Budget and the White House Office of Legislative Affairs.
Ms. Carroll A. Thomas, Director of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) leads a nationwide network of centers focused on helping U.S. manufacturers strengthen their supply chain integration and access new technology, thereby helping them to compete globally. With over 375 manufacturing extension offices located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, MEP provides companies with services and access to resources that enhance growth, improve productivity and expand production capacity.
With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and small business development experience, her accomplished public/ private sector career demonstrates her leadership expertise as a catalyst for creating innovative partnerships and advocating economic development by supporting dynamic innovation ecosystems.
Ms. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in Design and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University in International Business.
George Kelly is the Senior Regional Vice President for Manpower Engineering for North America. He also leads Jefferson Wells, the Finance Solutions business in ManpowerGroup, in the US. He has held multiple roles since joining ManpowerGroup in 1999 including Regional Managing Director – Finance, Director Strategic Accounts – US, Global Account Director – EAME, and National Account Director – Finance.
He is an experienced leader of high-performance organizations with proven experience in growing successful businesses, executing turnarounds, managing P&L’s, strategy, operations, and business development. George has supported clients in manufacturing, financial services, life sciences, publishing, media, oil & gas, and energy sectors, and he brings a passion for innovative thinking, pragmatic execution, motivational leadership, financial expertise, and organizational transformation.
He holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree (BComm) and a Masters in Accounting (MACC). George also qualified as Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
